Due to the custom nature of our handmade jewellery, which includes unique inclusions, we are unable to extract or reuse these materials once encapsulated. Therefore, returns and refunds are only offered under exceptional circumstances. We strive to ensure each piece is unique and beautiful, and minor imperfections are part of this uniqueness. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it so we can assist you.
Refunds and Replacements
Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you are unhappy with your jewellery for any reason, notify us as soon as possible.
- Since all items are custom made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once inclusions are set, except in exceptional cases.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- If an error was made during the creation of your piece, we will offer a remake. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your jewellery.
- For any repairs or replacements, additional inclusions may be required, and a fee may be applicable.
Yellowing and Imperfections:
- If your piece has yellowed or you notice imperfections, it may need to be remade. Follow our care instructions to keep your jewellery in the best condition.
- Contact us within 14 days if you are not happy with minor imperfections so we can address your concerns.
Customer Responsibility
Ring Sizes:
- Ensure you measure your finger accurately before ordering. Incorrect ring sizes are the customer’s responsibility. We may offer a remake at a reduced price for size issues.
Care and Handling:
- Follow our aftercare advice to prevent damage. We are not responsible for:
- Items modified, changed, or repaired by anyone other than Narrative Memorials.
- Damage from wear and tear, lack of care, or chemical exposure.
- Defects from neglect, accidental damage, or misuse, including misshapen rings or missing accent stones.
- Irregularities in resin inclusions, such as colors or sparkles.
- Jump rings opening or chains snapping due to improper care.
