How It Works: Ordering Your Memorial Jewellery

• Once you have placed your order expect to hear from us within 48 hours to discuss customisation details.
• Decide whether to showcase your inclusion or discreetly conceal it under beautiful colours and stones. Each inclusion is carefully hand-placed to ensure a unique outcome so we can display as little or as much as you like.
• If you are unsure on colours and would rather see them in person first, you can request up to 5 colour samples in the Postal Kit to ensure a perfect match. Choose from over 100 pigment colours and 30 crushed stones and gems. If you can't find the desired colour or stone, reach out to us for availability.
•  Let us know about any specific deadlines or inquire about available priority slots. 
• Our current wait times at the top of our home page.

• If requested your kit will be dispatched within 3 days via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed or Special Delivery.
• The kit includes a secure inclusion container, scoop, ring sizer, instruction leaflet, and order form.
• If sending without a kit, use a secure bag and include a note detailing your order along with the order number. Amounts required can be found on our downloadable instructions here. Any unused inclusions (excluding breastmilk) will be returned with your completed order.

• We will let you know when your inclusions have arrived safe to us.
• We can provide an estimated completion date on request.
• Once we have completed a final confirmation with you, we will create your extra special piece.
• Once complete your item will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking and signature requirement. If you would like delivery for a specific date to ensure you are home to receive package just let us know.
